• 1 oz Pimm’s
  • 1 oz American Whiskey (or Rye)
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup


  • Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake
  • Strain in a lowball glass with ice


It’s like whiskey sour. I thought that Pimm’s will do nice difference to a cocktail but didn’t taste it much. Pimm’s is light on herbs and have nice share of citrus and that’s why I probably didn’t taste much because there is big share of lemon in the cocktail. Cocktail is very very similar to whiskey sour…..I didn’t have rye whiskey and that would maybe make a diffence (you try it if you have) but maybe I would put little bit more Pimm’s….But overall if you like whiskey drinks, try it 😉
