Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice

Preparation

  • Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake
  • Strain in a chilled cocktail glass

 

It’s well balanced drink, but I wouldn’t say great (for me of course). I used Bombay Saphire for a gin (which is London dry), so there is lots of juniper in a taste with a taste of Vermouth. I wouldn’t say you got very much of pineapple, rather just slightly taste in the background. If you have some gin with more floral taste probably it would be even little bit better (Hendricks, Amsterdam gin, etc.).

All in all, it’s a neat drinking experience.
