Ingredients

  • 1 oz Jack Daniels
  • 1 oz Sambuca
  • 4 oz Creme de Cassis (blackcurrent)

Preparation

  • Put Whiskey and Sambuca in a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake and then strain in highball glass with ice
  • Fill with Creme de Cassis

 

Ok, i’m not a big fan of anis (or someone call this taste “black liquorice”) but this cocktail isn’t bad….It has rich taste of¬†blackcurrants and anis and it’s in a nice balance. Black liquorice isn’t so strong so it’s ok. There is no taste of Jack Daniels because of other two spirits with dominant taste and smell.
This drink would be best for after dinner because of it’s rich flavors.

Alcohol (strong): 7/10
