Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Creme de Menthe
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
- Dash of bitters (I used Angostura – forgot to put in the photo)
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake and then strain in a shooter glass
It’s minty little herbal shotter. After you swallow, you first taste mint and herbs from Chartreuse but then you got hit with a burn down your throat. Whiskey here is rather lost between mint and Chartreuse and bitters are here to connect everything I guess because it blends here nicely…
