Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 1/2 oz Vermouth Rosso
  • 2 oz Midori
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curacao

Preparation

  • Put all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice
  • Stir well
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Drop a Maraschino cherry at the bottom

 

It’s easy to drink. Has taste of  juniper from Gin and some kind of “candy” sweetness from Midori. Sourness from Curacao is perfectly blending with Gin so you will probably won’t recognize it. And of course it’s a cool looking drink (like Christmas drink 😛 ).
